Packaging & Tracking
Secure Packaging
Each rug is carefully rolled, wrapped in protective layers, and packed in a sturdy cardboard tube or box to prevent damage during transit.
Real-Time Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. Track your rug's journey from our workshop to your door.
Delivery Confirmation
We require a photo of the delivered rug for our records. Please inspect the package upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours.
Customs & Import Duties
For international orders: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are NOT included in our shipping charges. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges before placing an order. We declare the actual value of the rug on customs forms.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
📸 Visible Damage
If the package appears damaged upon arrival, take photos before opening. Open carefully and inspect the rug. Report any damage within 48 hours with photos to info@regalrugsgallery.com.
🔒 Insurance
All shipments are fully insured. If your rug is lost or damaged in transit, we will file a claim and either replace the rug or provide a full refund.
📦 Refused Delivery
If you refuse delivery due to visible damage, the shipment will return to us. We'll assess and arrange a replacement or refund after inspection.
⚠️ Important Notes
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather, or carrier delays.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address provided by the customer.
- For remote or rural areas, additional delivery time may apply.
- We ship via trusted partners: DTDC, Delhivery, FedEx, DHL, and UPS depending on destination.
