How many samples can I request?
You can request up to 5 different yarn types. If you need more, simply submit a second request.
Is there a charge for samples?
Within India – absolutely free. For international requests, we charge a nominal shipping fee (will be confirmed via email).
How long does delivery take?
Indian addresses: 5–7 business days. International: 10–14 business days.
Can I order a custom rug based on the sample?
Yes! Once you're happy with the swatch, use our Custom Order page to start your design.
